Single-shaft, slow-rotation crushers with hydraulic pressure from the WT series have been specifically designed for the initial crushing of large elements that are not suitable for direct shredding in knife mills due to their size and specifics.
WT series shredders are equipped with strong single-shaft rotors that ensure effective shredding of various materials, such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE clumps, PVC, foil waste, household chemicals, boards, bulky waste (such as crates, pallets, spools, pipes), cardboard waste, paper, tubes, wood waste (such as blocks, pallets), textile waste (carpets, big-bag bags, eco-leather) and cable waste.
WT shredders are characterized by high efficiency and a solid structure that ensures stability and durability during the crushing process. Hydraulic pressure allows for effective pushing of the material to the grinding rotor, providing optimal force and pressure, contributing to effective waste shredding.
Thanks to the use of single-shaft shredders from the WT series, it is possible to effectively shred large elements and materials of various structures and densities. These crushers are extremely versatile and can be adapted to different types of waste, allowing for effective processing and recycling of various materials.

Description of WT type crushers with hydraulic pusher
Drive System:
- High-efficiency 3-phase IE3 motor, ensuring performance and energy savings.
- Transmission from renowned brands FONGLI or BONENG, guaranteeing reliability and smooth machine operation.
- Vibration absorber, effectively reducing vibrations and oscillations, enhancing work comfort and device durability.
- External bearing, which protects the bearings from the adverse effects of dust and other particles, contributing to the machine's longer lifespan.
Cutting System:
- Rotating rotor with embedded blades of size 40x40x25mm or 60x60x35mm, tailored to the crusher size and waste type.
- Single or double-row stationary blade system, ensuring effective material fragmentation.
- Two rotor types: standard and special for film waste, enabling optimal processing of various waste types.
- Possibility to rotate movable blades from two to four times, depending on waste specifics, affecting efficiency and durability.
- Replaceable screen system, allowing the adjustment of the resulting product size. Standard screen perforation is 40mm.
- Optionally, the sieve basket can be opened using actuators, facilitating the machine cleaning and maintenance process.
Hydraulic Pressure:
- Accurate material feeding to the cutting system through the use of metal and brass guides of the hydraulic press.
- Adjustment of the press's working distance from the cutting rotor, enabling optimal adaptation to different materials. Pressure work force adjustment, allowing to control the fragmentation process according to requirements.
- Adjustment of press feed speed, enabling the pace adjustment to material specifics.
- Hydraulic pump of the Japanese brand SHIMADZU or YUKEN, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Control elements of YUKEN power hydraulics, guaranteeing precise press operation control.
- Cooling of the hydraulic system, preventing machine overheating.
Shredder Control:
- Automation components from renowned companies SIEMENS, ABB, ensuring reliable and precise machine operation.
- Setting work parameters using the SIEMENS LOGO PLC controller, enabling the crusher adjustment to specific needs and materials.
- Crusher overload protection, protecting the machine from overloading and damage in case of encountering difficult materials or breakdowns.
- Safety devices by SCHMERSAL, ensuring the machine's safe operation and minimizing accident risks.
- Possibility of manual activation of reverse rotation functions (auto-reverse), enabling quick jam clearance and counteracting machine jamming.
- Option for manual control of the direction of hydraulic press feed, allowing precise interference with the fragmentation process if necessary.
