Double-shaft shredders SWTF series
The SWTF series double-shaft shredder is an advanced machine designed specifically for shredding soft materials such as film, big bags, carpets, textile waste, and paper.
SWTF series double-shaft shredders are equipped with two counter-rotating grinding shafts, each fitted with cutting crown knives measuring 40x40x25 mm. This design ensures efficient material shredding at moderate rotational speeds while maintaining low noise levels. The shredder does not require an additional press. It utilizes a microcomputer control system from SIEMENS LOGO, which enables functions such as start, stop, and automatic reverse operation to protect the machine from overloads and jams.
The SWTF machine is particularly suitable for recycling materials of medium hardness and softness, such as film, woven bags, big bags, paper, etc. Depending on the material type, different types of rotors can be applied.
